All LUNOX candles are hand-poured in Germany using high-quality soy wax and carefully selected fragrance oils. Each candle is produced in small batches to ensure exceptional quality and scent performance.

Each 165 g candle has an approximate burn time of 35–45 hours, depending on usage and proper candle care.

Yes. All LUNOX candles are vegan and cruelty-free.

Yes. All fragrance oils used in LUNOX candles comply with EU safety regulations and are used in accordance with CLP guidelines.

The Trilogy includes all three chapters of the LUNOX narrative: Dragon, Seeker, and Enemies to Lovers. Together, they form the complete story and are offered at a special bundle price.

Yes. Each order includes a complimentary wax melt sample called “First Page.” If you purchase one candle, you’ll receive a sample of another scent. If you purchase two candles, you’ll receive the third scent as a sample. Trilogy orders may include an exclusive work-in-progress fragrance currently in development.

We currently ship within Germany, the European Union, and to the United Kingdom.

Shipping within Germany costs €6.90 and is free for orders over €89.
Shipping within the European Union costs €14.90.
Shipping to the United Kingdom costs €19.90.

For customers within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees due to Brexit regulations. These charges are not collected by LUNOX at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Germany, 5–8 business days within the EU, and 5–10 business days to the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped with DHL and include tracking and insurance.

Yes. All shipments are insured up to €500 against loss or damage during transit.

Yes. You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please contact us before sending any returns.

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn (approximately 3-4 hours) to ensure an even burn for future uses.

Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn to maintain a clean and stable flame.
